1When is the deposit due?
The deposit should be paid within 14 days of finalizing your itinerary with our team. This ensures we can begin coordinating all aspects of your experience.
2What happens if I need to cancel?
Refunds are based on when you cancel: 100% refund (>90 days), 75% refund (60-89 days), 50% refund (30-59 days). No refunds are available for cancellations less than 30 days before the experience start date. All participants are subject to our conduct policies.
3When is the remaining balance due?
A deposit secures your booking. 50% of the total cost is due at least 14 days before arrival, with the full balance required 14 days before arrival in Malaysia.
4What are the rules regarding conduct and liability?
Participants must adhere to Malaysian laws. We provide no legal assistance, bail, or financial representation for legal issues. Participants are financially liable for any damage to third-party property, including hotel rooms and sporting venues.
