1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any Go Global Hoops services, booking circuits (including the 8-Day Elite Circuit and 14-Day Grand Circuit), or participating in basketball activities organized by Go Global Hoops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Go Global Hoops circuits is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for their actions and compliance with these terms.

• Basketball Experience: Participants should have prior experience playing organized basketball.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones and environments.
• Team Spirit: Commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect among all participants.

3. Conduct & Legal Compliance in Malaysia

All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior, respect local customs, and adhere to the principles of fair play both on and off the court.

• Local Law Adherence: Participants must strictly adhere to all laws and regulations of Malaysia. Go Global Hoops cannot and will not provide legal assistance, bail, or financial representation should a participant encounter legal trouble, arrests, or fines while in the country.
• Right of Dismissal: We reserve the right to remove any participant from the circuit, without refund, if their behavior is illegal, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to the delegation or local communities.

4. Liability & Physical Risk Assumption

While Go Global Hoops takes extensive precautions to ensure safety, participants acknowledge that international travel and high-intensity athletic activities inherently carry significant risks.

• Assumption of Risk: By participating, you attest that you are in good physical health and voluntarily assume all physical risks associated with high-impact basketball, travel, and training.
• Release of Liability: You hereby waive, release, and discharge Go Global Hoops, its coaches, and its staff from any and all claims regarding personal injury, disability, or death arising from your participation in the circuit.
• Insurance Recommendations: Participants are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel and medical insurance that specifically covers sports injuries, trip cancellation, and trip interruption.

5. Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency during a game, training session, or transit, participants grant Go Global Hoops staff the authorization to seek emergency medical treatment or call an ambulance on their behalf if they are incapacitated. The participant acknowledges that all resulting medical costs, hospital fees, and evacuation expenses are their sole financial responsibility.

6. Property Damage & Financial Liability

• Personal Property: Go Global Hoops is not responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, including athletic gear, electronics, passports, or luggage, at any point during the circuit.
• Participant Liability for Damages: Participants are held personally and financially liable for any damage they cause to third-party property, including but not limited to hotel rooms, basketball courts, locker rooms, or chartered transportation vehicles.

7. Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer

Go Global Hoops coordinates comprehensive itineraries but acts solely as an agent for third-party logistics providers (including hotels, ground transport operators, and independent sporting venues). We are not legally liable for any negligence, delays, accidents, or failures in service committed by these independent contractors.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 90 days before departure: 100% of total cost refunded
• 60-89 days before departure: 75% of total cost refunded (25% non-refundable)
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost refunded (50% non-refundable)
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds available

9. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your circuit booking. 50% of the total cost is due at least 14 days before arrival, with full payment required 14 days before arrival in Malaysia. We accept:

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Bank Transfers
• E-Wallets
• PayNow

10. Modifications to Services

Go Global Hoops reserves the right to modify circuit itineraries, venue selections, or service components across our designated regions (Penang, Tambun, Melaka, Kuantan, Kuala Lumpur) due to factors such as weather conditions, court maintenance, local regulations, or force majeure events. Participants are expected to cooperate with reasonable modifications that do not substantially alter the core experience.

11. Intellectual Property & Media Release

• All content on the Go Global Hoops website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Brand Usage: The "Go Global Hoops" name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Go Global Hoops. Participants may not use these marks for commercial purposes.
• Media Release: Go Global Hoops reserves the right to capture photography and video during games, training, and travel. By participating, you grant Go Global Hoops a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your image and likeness in this media for future promotional and marketing purposes across our digital channels.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Go Global Hoops circuits will first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

• Jurisdiction: The courts of Penang, Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters arising from your participation.
